Where is My Order?

Orders typically ship out within the allotted processing time based on the shipping method chosen (this does not include weekends or holidays). Once the processing time-frame is complete, you will be receiving your shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your tracking information to update on the carrier's site once received.

Can I Cancel or Edit My Order? 

We know you want your Cozy Bliss order fast so as soon as you place your order, we are on it! Regrettably, this means that we cannot cancel or make any changes to your order. This can include but is not limited to: 
 

  • Adding/Removal of Items
  • Change in Color/Size of Items
  • Adding/Removal of a Discount Code
  • Billing or Shipping Address Update
  • Order Cancellation Request
  • Shipping Method Change

 

We welcome you to return items in accordance with our Returns Policy once your order has been delivered to you

 

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

 

What is your gift and e-gift card policy?

Cozy Bliss eGift Cards do not expire and are not refundable. Gift and eGift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

The items received are incorrect or are defective.

If you have received an item which is defective or different to the one purchased, we will issue a refund for the defective/incorrect item(s) as soon as we receive them at our warehouse and inspect the condition of the item(s). Please email us at support@cozy-bliss.com to coordinate the return.
